When we joined Made In The Midlands as Patrons at the beginning of March 2016 we did so because we really believe in the concept of having a trusted network and support community to ensure manufacturing thrives. We currently actively work with around 900 UK clients with half of those being in the manufacturing sector, so we know it well and the challenges of managing energy consumption, costs and budgets.
We currently work with 24 Made In The Midlands members, 9 of these were already clients before we became Patrons however the remaining 15 have joined following our direct involvement with Made In The Midlands. I think it's a great story to tell because every business I have been to see has engaged with us and asked us to take a look at things for them.
We've only really marketed ourselves via social media, the MiM website, the exhibition and via a small amount of phone and email communication. Now we have some great stories to tell with regards to the work we have done for members we're planning on speaking with more members and highlighting our value.
